ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Bruno Delfino. Nice to meet you!

I was born in São Paulo, Brazil, and I’ve made the U.S. my home since 2018.

I often say that my life was shaped during my adolescence.

My dad always encouraged me to use the internet to learn new things, and that mindset changed everything for me. At 12 years old, I built my first Spider-Man website after learning how to code in HTML. When I was 14, my dad lost his job and our family moved to a small town in the countryside of the state of São Paulo. I started working in my uncles’ store to help with expenses at home.

At 17, I picked up an orange book about advertising, and it completely changed the course of my life. That’s when I discovered my passion for creativity and storytelling. I started a blog which helped me land my first job at an ad agency, and then my professional journey began.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve built a career in marketing that took me from Brazil to Google in San Francisco, where I worked as Global Marketing Manager. From there, I went to Disney, where I led global campaigns for the Walt Disney World Resort, in Orlando, FL. I hold a degree in Graphic Design from FMU and a master’s in Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences from Utah State University.

I’m also the founder of Desígnio, an online educational platform that offers soft skills classes for young learners ages 12 to 24. I’m passionate about personal development and mentoring young people to help them succeed in their careers.

BACKGROUND

Bruno is the founder and CEO of Desígnio, an online personal development school for young people that has helped thousands of students develop skills and move forward in their lives.

He has worked at major companies in Brazil and the United States. At Google Brazil and the U.S., he served as Global Marketing Manager, leading projects such as Year in Search and Brand Storytelling.

At Disney, he worked as a Brand Manager in the Parks, Experiences, and Products division, leading Walt Disney World campaigns for Hispanic and LATAM audiences..

He holds a degree in Graphic Design and a Master’s from Utah State University in the United States in Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences, graduating among the top students in the program.

For many years, he has been involved in social projects with teenagers, teaching about career building, emotional intelligence, and soft skills, both in Brazil and the U.S.

Bruno began his journey at age 12, when he learned to code in HTML. At 14, he worked in his uncles’ store, and at 17, he created a marketing blog that became his gateway into a successful career.

Through his journey, experience, and methods, Bruno has transformed the lives of young people in Brazil and the U.S. with his mentoring, lectures, and workshops.
